Description - FOG LIGHTS - Fiat DUCATO 2.8 JTD 8V da 03/05
The vehicle is equipped with two extra-penetration fog lamps for use in the case of poor visibility.The fog lamps are activated by a button on the control panel.The fog lamp circuit is protected by a special fuse and controlled by a relay, both located in the underfacia junction unit.Fog lamp activation is dependent on side light activation. If the key is turned OFF or the side lights are deactivated, the fog lamps are deactivated even if the activation button has been pressed.Fog lamp activation is indicated by a warning light on the control switch.
Operational Description - FOG LIGHTS - Fiat DUCATO 2.8 JTD 8V da 03/05
In the presence of a side light signal, control panel H090 excites the coil of relay T17 housed in underfacia junction unit B001 when fog lamp activation is required. An earth signal is then sent to the fog lamps from pin 3 connector A of H090 to pin 6 connector C of the junction unit.The relay coil receives an ignition-operated power supply (INT/A) and the line is protected by fuse F31 housed in underfacia control unit B002.Relay T17 closes the internal circuit from pin 1 connector F to pin 1 connector C of engine bay junction unit B001. The line leads directly from battery control unit B099 - pin 1 connector A - and is protected by fuse F09, housed in engine bay junction unit B001.Foglamps F015 and F016 receive power from underfacia junction unit B001, from pin1 connector C, and are both connected to earth C010.
