Dodge Dakota R/T 2000 - 2000 ELECTRICAL Fuses & Circuit Breakers - Dakota
Dodge Dakota R/T 2000 - IDENTIFICATION JUNCTION BLOCK
CAUTION: When replacing a blown fuse, it is important to use only a fuse having the correct amperage rating. The use of a fuse with a rating other than indicated may result in a dangerous electrical system overload. If a properly rated fuse continues to blow, it indicates a problem in the circuit that must be corrected.
The junction block is located behind the end cover at the left side of the instrument panel. See Fig. 1 . The location and identification of fuse block fuses and relays can be found on the inside of the instrument panel end cover. The junction block contains blade-type mini-fuses, relays, and circuit breakers for high-current circuits. For fuse identification, see JUNCTION BLOCK FUSE IDENTIFICATION table. For junction block identification, see Fig. 2 .
